225 g - all-purpose flour
25 g - granulated sugar
1 Tbsp (9 g) baking powder
½ tsp (2.5 g) fine salt

1. For the waffles, stir the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. In a separate bowl, whisk the buttermilk, oil and egg yolks together. Add this to the dry mixture and stir gently until blended (but, like pancake batter, a few lumps are OK).
2. In another bowl, whisk the 2 egg whites (by hand or with electric beaters) until they hold a soft peak when the whisk or beaters are lifted. Fold these gently into the batter. Stir in the chocolate chips, if using.
3. Preheat your waffle iron according to instructions. Lightly grease the iron (if requested in the instructions) and ladle batter to fill the iron once closed (the first waffle is your test as to how much batter to use). Cook the waffle until lightly browned at crisp, and remove. Repeat with the remaining batter. You can make the waffles ahead of time and re-warm (oven, grill or toaster – not the microwave), since they are best served warm. Served drizzled with maple syrup and topped with fresh berries.

Preosej muku, kakao, sodu, pras. do peciva, sol a cukor do misy. V druhej mise zmiesaj vajcia, vanilku, olej, smotanu, mlieko, citronovu koru - vymiesaj. Nalej riedku cast do muky a pomaly miesaj. Nasyp posekanu cokoladu a domiesaj. Pri kydani, po prvej lyzicy dat zmrazenu nutellu. Pec pri 210 °C 6 minut, potom zniz na 190 °C este 14 minut. V poslednych minutach mozes posypat este trochou cokolady. Ak by si mal cipsy, tak tie s amozno neroztopia.

Drozdie rozmiesame v 50 ml vody spolu so sladom (pre lepsie vykysnutie). Vylejeme do muky so solou (susenym drozdim) a rozmarinom, dolejeme zvysok vody a olivovy olej. Vypracujeme cesto a dame kysnut na teple miesto. Po 5-15 minutach cesto vyberieme a poobraciame. Dame znovu kysnut na 1h az 1h 15 min. Cesto by malo ztrojnasbit objem.
Vykrajujeme z cesta ako na videu. Naukladane daj do pece na 50tke n aca 10-15 minut napuchnut. Pecie sa na 220 °C 10 minut podla videa - druhy plech len 9 min. potom odstavit ruru a vlozit vsetky grisini na schnutie naspat pri mierne otvorenej rure (s vareskou v dvierkach)
