Brusnicovy jam

Potrebujeme:
• cerstve brusnice
• trochu trstinovy cukor
• citron/ kyselina citron.

1/2 brusnic odlozim bokom. Do druhej polky pridam cukor a  povarim 3 min vo vare, tak aby zmes zhustla. Nakoniec pridam cerstve brusnice a citron, premiesam. Teple dam do poharikov, hore dnom az do rana.
Brusnice su fajn aj mrazene, do ranajkovych kasi...
