• cerstvy ananas
• sojovy omacka
• cierne korenie
• rinska rasca, sol
• kokosovy olej
Kuracie kuska nakrajame na podlhovaste kusky, okorenime, obalime v muke a solamile. Opeciem na ghee alebo kokosovom oleji do zlata. Na konci pridame pokrajany ananas na kocky, ochutim sojovou omackou. Podavam s ryzou a salatom.
