Masovo zemiakove gulky

Potrebujeme:
• 400g hovadzie maso zomlete
• 200g zemiaky uvarene v supke
• stiplava paprika/ feferon
•1 vajce
• posekana petrzlenova vnat
• sol, cierne korenie

Omacka:
• 2 strucky cesnak
• 2PL kecup
• 100g olupanych paradajok
• sol, korenie


Mlete maso zmiesam s vajcom, postruhanymi zemiakmi, koreniny. Rukami tvarujem mensie gulky. Mozem varit vo vode, pripadne smazit na kokosom oleji.
Na druhej panvci orestujem posekany cesnak, pridam kecup, paradajky, oregano, sol.
