Creme brulee s piniami

Potrebujeme:
• 6 zltkov
• 1 vanilkovy struk
• 600ml sladkej smotany 12%
• 3 PL med
• hrst pinii
• trstinovy cukor na posypanie


Zltky vymiesame s cukrom. Do smotany dame vyskrabany vanilkovy struk aj so supkou a povarime.
Pridame do zltkovej peny. Hmotu nalejeme do zapekacych misiek. Pecieme, krem by nemal byt tekuty ale ani tuhy. Nechame ho stuhnut.
