Tekvicove keksy

Potrebujeme:
• 850g tekvice hokkaido
• 2 a 1/2 salky celozrnnej muky
• 1l vinny kamen
• skorica
• muskatovy oriesok
• trocha soli
• 80g maslo
• 1 vajce
• vanilkovy struk
• 80g hrozienka


Tekvicu aj so supkou nakrajame na kocky, uvarime na pare do makka. V myse premiesame muku s vinnym kamenom a koreninami. V druhej myse vyslahame maslo s tekvicou na hladku hmotu. Tekvicovu zmes postupne pridavame do mysi s mukou. Nakoniec pridame hrozienka. Polievkovou lyzicou tvarujeme male kolaciky ukladame na plech.
